About the event

The rush of the holiday season can be super stressful --even when we love this time of year! How about giving yourself a bit of a pause?


Yin Yoga is a slow and steady form of yoga that allows for space to open within the joints and helps to soften connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, fascia) as the poses are each held for 2-5 minutes. Rather than pushing ourselves, yin yoga encourages us to let go and allow time and gravity to work on our bodies to release tension and promote inner peace and balance. This is an intro class, so no previous experience with yoga is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel, but if you don't have one, I'll have a couple extra.
